Life Saving First Aid had built a trusted reputation in first aid training and wanted to expand into fire training. At first, the idea was to add fire training under the same brand. But customer interviews revealed a challenge.
The name First Aid was so strongly associated with first aid training that it didnโt make sense to clients for fire training to live there. The reputation was a strength, but it also limited growth.
The project needed to launch lean and fast without dedicated development resources. We also partnered with fire training expert Adam Wells, who brought deep knowledge of the field but little experience in branding or digital. The challenge was to create a credible brand without slowing down momentum.




We developed a sister brand that carried the trust of Life Saving First Aid while establishing its own space in fire training. This included a full brand system, a clear user journey, and a website built to convert both business clients and the public.
We led the process from strategy through delivery. This included building the brand identity, defining tone of voice, and positioning. We designed responsive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI in Figma, then developed the full site in WordPress. We also collaborated with illustrators, stakeholders, and compliance experts to ensure accuracy and trust.




The Fire Safety brand launched stronger than we imagined. Clients trust it, bookings are consistent, and it already feels like it belongs alongside Life Saving First Aid.
